Our Process

The first part of our job is to understand you. We'll ask you lots of questions such as 'What will be the main purpose of your new site?' and 'Who is your target audience?'. We'll also ask you to show us examples of design work you like in order to better understand your needs.

Once we think we know what you have in mind we'll research your competition. This will give us a greater grasp of the market we are designing for and make sure we are up to speed on the latest trends in your field.

Now that we have an idea of what is to be done it's time to put it on paper. We'll send you a detailed outline of the work we intend to do. You're free to make changes or agree to it as is.

Based on the information we gather in the first few steps we'll put together a wire-frame, or graphical outline, of the design we believe best suits your needs. Then it's your turn to either suggest changes, give us the go ahead as is, or reject the design all together. We'll make changes or redesigns as necessary until we find something that everyone invloved feels proud to be a part of.

Once you sign off on our vision for your design we'll get to work on it. It's at this point in the process we ask you for any copy or other content we might need from you to complete the project. We'll also make our work available to you via our test server so you stay in the loop as the project moves forward.
